At HarmonyMia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to bring peace to your space, not stress. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at leileimia0702@outlook.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our registered office without contacting us first. Packages sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues (The "Hassle-Free" Clause)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue.

For damaged/defective items: You do not need to return the item. Once we verify the issue via photo/video, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement immediately. We want to make it right as quickly as possible.

4. Change of Mind / Customer Remorse

If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color:

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The item must be shipped to our designated returns center (address provided via email).

5. Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

• Gift cards

• Personal care goods (such as opened massage oils or skin products)

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if a physical return is required), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
