1. Shipping Costs
• Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00.
• Flat Rate: For orders under $50.00, a small flat shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
2. Order Processing (The Preparation)
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order. We practice mindful fulfillment—each item is quality checked before it begins its journey to you.
• Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Since we partner with eco-conscious manufacturers and specialized logistics centers globally (including Asia and the USA) to ship directly to you, we eliminate unnecessary warehousing steps to reduce our carbon footprint.
• United States: 7 - 15 Business Days
• Canada, UK, Australia: 8 - 18 Business Days
• Rest of the World: 10 - 20 Business Days
Please note: These are estimates. While most packages arrive sooner, external factors like customs clearance can occasionally cause delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Peace of mind is important. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
• You can track your package directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page or through the carrier's link provided.
• Note: It may take 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive the email. This is normal.
5. Separate Packages
To get your items to you as fast as possible, some products from the same order may be shipped in separate packages if they originate from different specialized workshops. Don't worry if you receive one item first—the rest are on their way!
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
HarmonyMia is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.
